Sweet Bliss Brownie Bites

  • Store-bought brownie bites (one tub of icing will cover 12-15 brownie bites)
  • Small dipping bowls (1 for each color choice)
  • 1 tub Over the Top chocolate buttercream icing
  • 1 tub Over the Top white buttercream icing
  • Over the Top color gels
  • Over the Top decorate it starter kit with bags and decorating tips
  • Over the Top keep decorating bags
  • Over the Top sprinkles and edible confetti
  • Maraschino cherries, fresh strawberries or banana slices (optional)
  • Spoon (optional)
  1. Use store-bought brownie bites.
  2. Divide buttercream icings into bowls. Add one drop of color gel and mix well. Continue adding drops of gel to achieve desired shade.
  3. Place icing in decorating bag with your choice of decorating tip attached. Or use the back of a spoon to cover tops of each brownie. Pipe or spoon a dollop of icing on top of brownie.
  4. Decorate with sprinkles. For a healthy twist, top with fresh fruit slices or Maraschino cherries.
