DO NOT BAKE. Spray bowl with cooking spray with flour.
.) Fill bowl 3/4 full with batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes in a 350º oven or until a toothpick comes out clean.
.) When finished baking, invert onto a cooling rack. Cool for at least half an hour. Lightly shake bowl to loosen the cake, before lifting it off.
DECORATING: Mix 2 tubs of Wispy White Buttercream Icing in a large bowl. Add 4-5 drops of Glam Green Color Gel. Mix well. Add more gel, 1-2 drops at a time until desired green is reached. Fit disposable decorating bag with coupler and Large Star tip (#32). Fill bag with green icing.
.) Place the cake onto cake plate (We inverted the plate creating a flying saucer). Using the Really Black Write-On Gel, pipe a smile onto cake.
.) Begin piping around the base of the monster. When you complete a row, begin another row above the one just finished.
.) Continue piping this way, moving up towards the top of the cake covering the entire cake surface.
.) To create eyes, cut a large marshmallow in half.
.) Press cut side of marshmallow into Bee Yellow Sanding Sugar.
.) Push a lollipop stick into the marshmallow. Using the black gel as glue, stick one Really Black Sixlet onto marshmallow. Repeat with other eye. Cut one more marshmallow and dip into Really Orange Sanding Sugar for nose. Place onto fur slightly below eyes.
.) Using Wispy White Buttercream Icing, fit a new disposable decorating bag with coupler and Large Star tip (#32). Fill bag with white icing. Pipe small tear drops for teeth.
